Let me wish you all a very happy, joyful and innovative New session- 2024-25.
The session has come with new beginnings, and we are all geared up to give it our very best. Sometimes, the best is not good enough. A sunflower is beautiful, but in a rose garden, it will be treated as a weed.
We all need to be ourselves. Do our best and fit ourselves in the school where we have been given the opportunity to make a difference.
A square is as good as a circle. So when there is a square peg in a square hole and round peg in a round, there is no problem. The issue is only when we try to fit a square peg in round hole. We are lucky to get the guidance from DAVCMC for all the activities and we can run the school as per book. This is a great opportunity.
Individual brilliance is very different from collective brilliance. When we work in unison, the collective brilliance brings out the best results, and it can beat any kind of challenge leading to growth.
We have the opportunity to train our teachers under the aegis of DAVCAE. Formal systematic training, not only helps us to overcome our limitations, but also helps us to become better at what we are already good at. Anyone can run. However, if you want to be an athlete, you have to undergo formal, systematic training.
Talking becomes Communication, Exercise under for formal training becomes a wellness program. The difference between good, better and best lies in the training. Ability when subjected to systematic training becomes proficiency; there is no other way to be the best.
When all of us are together at Jharkhand Zone-E, we look forward to growing together under the hands of our management. When pleasure and work becomes synonymous, we do not get tired of the hours.
Lets do our best and bring smiles on the face of each child.
